Nobody would want to spend their hard-earned money on a boat that does not generate sufficient profits. However, one service we surveyed supports spending money to native segwit (bech32) P2WPKH addresses but not bech32 P2WSH addresses. CHECKSEQUENCEVERIFY (CSV) could allow users to detect and block attempts to steal their money by a thief who had gained access to the user’s private keys, a capability previously referred to as providing Bitcoin vaults. True for wallets that have private keys disabled (i.e. that are only useful as watch-only wallets).
