Refusal of unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses
The School of Computer Science refuses any unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses posted on this website through an e-mail collection program or any other technical devices or means; please be advised that the failure to respect this intent may result in a criminal penalty under the Information and Communications Networks Act.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition on Act of Collecting E-mail addresses Without Permission, etc.)
- ① No one shall collect e-mail addresses from the Internet homepages on which the intention of rejecting the collection of e-mail addresses is explicitly indicated, by means of programs and other technical devices that make it possible to collect e-mail addresses automatically
- ② No one shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses that are collected in violation of paragraph ①.
- ③ No one shall use the e-mail addresses for transmitting information with the knowledge that the prohibition is laid on the collection, sale and distribution of such e-mail addresses under paragraphs ① and ②.
Article 65-2 (Penal Provisions)
Any person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 10 million won:
- ① A person who has taken technical measures in violation of Article 50 (4);
- ② A person who has transmitted the advertisement information for the purpose of profit in violation of Article 50 (6)
- ③ A person who has collected, sold or distributed e-mail addresses or used them for the purpose of transmitting information in violation of Article 50-2.
